Jo-Jo InSaneO's Inflatable Rentals LLC is owned by a husband-and-wife team. They have been married for 6 years and have three kids. They first got the idea to open this busniess when looking for inflatables to rent for their kids birthday parties and found there are very few that service Hardin County. It is their hopes to add more options for inflatble rentals to Hardin County and surrounding counties at affordable rates.

What are your hours?

We normally operate Friday-Sunday. For Weekday rentals, please call or email, jojo@insaneosinflatables.com.
Do you do overnight rentals?

Overnight rentals are available at an additional fee. Please call or email for inquiries about overnight rentals.
Can you install an inflatable anywhere?

No, however we will accommodate in any way that we can. Each inflatable on our site should have its dimensions listed. We prefer to have at least 5’ of clearance around the entire inflatable, including above it. Our inflatables can be installed on Gras, Concrete/Blacktop, and dry dirt. Unfortunately, gravel causes excessive wear on our inflatables, so we will not install on top of gravel. Grass installation is preferable as this makes anchoring easier and more efficient.
Will the Inflatable damage my yard/grass?

Inflatables are typically only installed for 1-3 days. While it is normal to see some matting of your grass after the inflatable has been removed, this typically goes away within a week. Steaks/anchors will be used to secure the inflatable in place, which do get driven into the ground. Again, the effects of this are minimal and typically go away in a short period of time.
Are there weight limits on the inflatables?

Yes, each inflatable has its own limits. Most inflatables will accommodate adults, up to 250lbs., however it will have a maximum overall weight limit as well. The limits of each specific inflatable can be found in the individual listing prior to booking.
What if I need to cancel, or reschedule my booking?

We will reschedule or refund your full booking price within 72hrs. of your scheduled booking. If canceled within 72hrs. of your scheduled booking, we will refund your booking price Less $50.
Can I use this inflatable in the rain?

No. It is unsafe to use an inflatable in the rain, particularly if there is lighting in the area. If it begins to rain while you are using your inflatable rental, we ask that you evacuate your inflatable ASAP, remove power from the blower unit and cover, or remove the blower from the elements. If we are expecting rain on the day of your booking, you may reach out to us, and we can reschedule or cancel your booking. A weather cancellation will be the only time a full refund is issued within 72hrs. of a scheduled booking. If you accept delivery of the inflatable, no refunds, rainchecks, or discounts will be offered due to weather.
