Service Description
You will need a 14x14 flat cleared space for this inflatable. Also needed will need electricity access. This is to be utilized dry only. If the inflatable is found to have been used wet a $100 cleaning fee may be assessed.
Cancellation Policy
-If you need to cancel, we allow free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to the booking time. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the booking time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total as a cancellation fee. -We allow free rescheduling up to one time. After this, we will cancel your booking, and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total as a cancellation fee. -If inclement weather is predicted, we may contact you to cancel. If this occurs you will receive a full refund. If we contact, you to cancel due to impending inclement weather and you choose to still accept delivery of the inflatable you will forfeit all rental costs. -On certain inflatables, we require a fee to cover the additional time to dry and clean these units. If you are wanting to use water with the unit, please chose the wet option at checkout. -If you book a unit for dry usage and it was determined that water was used, an additional fee of $100 may be applied to the card on file to cover additional cleaning and drying. This fee is higher than booking the unit wet, as we take additional precautions when setting up wet units that may not be taken on dry units.
